PlayerData is revolutionising the way athletes train.
We’re doing this by providing performance data and elite level technology to athletes at every stage of their game. We hire based on attitude and passion and we’re always looking for talented people to help us on our mission.
Nothing here you like? We still want to hear from you. Send a bit about yourself, the type of role you’re interested in and a copy of your CV to [email protected]. We don’t like missing out on great talent 😉
It is very important to us that whether you are successful or not, you have a great experience. We know how nerve-wracking applying for a new role is so here’s how it works at PlayerData.
Once you have submitted your application (usually a CV and either a cover letter or answers to a few short questions) we have a three-stage interview process. We try to stick to this process as much as possible but, depending on the role, we may deviate from it slightly to ensure we get the right candidate for the role. Usually, this happens for either a head of team hire or for roles that maybe don’t require the challenge phase or that have such a large volume of applicants we want to add a group interview stage. We’ll be sure to let you know if this is the case though!
The informal interview 👋
A chance for us to get to know you. We’ll check your experience against your C.V. but really this is our opportunity to find out more about what makes you tick and for you to get to know us as well.
The take-home challenge 📝
This will vary from role to role (a coding challenge for engineers, a presentation to prep for sales and marketing, a design challenge for designers and so on) but the purpose for each is to test your skills and see what you can do! You should spend around 1 hour on your challenge.
